Bee happy ...... a beautiful hallway and stairs

It's that time of week again when we have a look into someone else's wonderful home.

This week is the lovely blogger Vicky who has a inspiring nostalgic blog Musings from the nostalgic kitchen which you just have to visit.

Vicky's beautiful and girly hallway and stairs is such an inspiration for your feminine side.

Gorgeous floral wallpaper and co-ordinating lighting with glass beads.

The picture in this frame is of a pond at Docking in Norfolk where Vicky and her husband Farmer Bob always stay and love.

Vicky has cleverly used her hallway to display wedding photos and memories.

I just love this wallpaper, so pretty.

Co-ordinating accessories in cream throughout the scheme all add to the feminine look.

This is Vicky's wedding keepsake frame with the ribbon from her bouquet, a bit of her wedding dress fabric and a photo of Vicky's bouquet & dress.  Vicky had her grandmother's brooch on her bouquet as she sadly had passed away but Vicky wanted a piece of her grandmother with her which is such a lovely idea.

Wall vase from the 1930s.

Vicky has definitely achieved a dreamy, feminine scheme here and it must be so wonderful to be reminded of your wedding day whenever your pass through.

Thanks for sharing Vicky.

Bee happy ...... choose wallpaper

Do you love wallpaper?

I think you may love these patterns.

Anna French wallpaper, I so love this colour and pattern, such a vintage feel to it.

Another Anna French but with a different background colour.

Clarke and Clarke have this gorgeous paisley pattern in different colour ways.

So pretty!

I am having trouble choosing between the pink Anna French and the Clarke and Clarke paisley.

Which would you pick?

Bee happy ..... use wallpaper

Are you like me and have different pieces/rolls of left over wallpaper?

Well, here are a few ideas for inspiration.

You can update tired pieces of furniture or decorate your home with these handy pieces of wallpaper.

Putting smaller pieces in frames is a great way of preserving special patterns/favourite colours.

There is a big trend now in using wallpaper on furniture, inside and out.

I hope you feel inspired to get the wallpaper paste out!
